The Company.


Amber Heating Solutions began in 2009 which has quickly become an established plumbing and heating company covering Norfolk and Suffolk.

The Challenge.

Amber Heating Solutions have been rapidly growing and needed to consolidate their technology and storage.

They were using Microsoft 365, but wasn’t using it to its full extent for their employees.

Their existing phone system was also not fit for purpose and difficult to use and maintain.

The Solution.

We discussed with the team and worked with them from the ground up on how to use Microsoft 365 to get the most out of their subscription.

We looked at how they stored data and migrated it to SharePoint so they can share documents with the team easily and effortlessly.

They had a VoIP BT phone system which was not working properly, so we configured a VoIP Telephone System which was fit for purpose.

The work was carried out remotely with limited downtime for myself and my team. The Microsoft 365 suite Snap. installed and configured makes our company run smoother and more streamlined. This ultimately saves us time and money.
